Well, hello! We were waiting on consistent Spring-like weather to inspire the debut of our Spring/Summer 2011 site, but the elements in New York have been very disagreeable. Sometimes, it even felt downright personal. Cold, rain, and gloom one day, abundant sunshine and beautiful breezes the next. With or without your cooperation, Mother Nature, the wait is finally over. Our mini-shop update is here! Lovely offerings from A Detacher, Ariana Bohling, Correll Correll, Jeffrey Monteiro, Mina Stone, and Mociun to make your days a little brighter.

You may have noticed that our roster of designers is not as extensive as in previous seasons. After this invincible summer of 2011, DOMAHOKA will no longer be a conventional e-commerce shop, but will transform into a personal space of collaboration, projects, retail, and inspiration. We aren't trying to be elusive, but we don’t want to put any creative constraints on DOMAHOKA either. Our blog updates will be more frequent, and you can follow our progress there.

Thank you to our customers for your support and friendship over the past two years. We also want to thank our family of designers and their showrooms who were so welcoming to our new endeavor. We’re very excited about the things to come, but will reflect upon the past with warmth and smiles. We hope that you’ll stick around. In the meanwhile, please take a look around and happy shopping!

Infinite gratitude and hugs,
Doris & Mark Ho-Kane a.k.a. DOMAHOKA
